On Sunday 31st August a Memorial Football Match for Laurie Spence took place, with our Spectraglass squad facing the Corrina Selects. With a strong team on each side and spirts running high it was all to play for.
With an evenly played first half, the matched finished with Spectraglass winning 3-2, with the Corrina being unlucky with 4 strikes hitting the post. Spectraglass goal scorers – Dylan Murray, John Bernard and Chris Rae

A raffle, auction and karaoke were held back at the Corrina with celebrations for both winners and losers. The £925.00 raised will be split between charities Cornhill Macmillian Centre and Ward 32 at Ninewells Hospital.
Thanks to the Corrina for challenging us to play, a great day was had by all.
